Shipping arrangements for BluWater Imaging listings are coordinated directly between BluWater Imaging and the buyer.
Shipping, freight, packaging, insurance, and related logistics costs are not included in the listed purchase price unless otherwise stated. The buyer is responsible for all transportation-related costs in addition to the equipment price.
Equipment may be delivered regionally for a fee or shipped nationwide via insured freight carrier. Buyers may coordinate their own installation or request assistance arranging installation through approved third-party service providers.
All logistics, delivery timelines, installation coordination, and freight details are confirmed prior to shipment.
Equipment will not be released until full payment has cleared and shipping arrangements have been finalized.
BluWater Imaging does not mark up shipping costs and is not responsible for carrier delays or issues once equipment has been transferred to the selected freight provider.
Refund Policy

All BluWater Imaging sales are final.
Due to the specialized and used nature of medical equipment, refunds are not offered once a purchase has been completed.
Buyer’s premiums, payment processing fees, shipping costs, packaging expenses, administrative charges, and third-party service fees are non-refundable.
In the rare event that a refund is approved in writing by BluWater Imaging, any refund issued will be limited strictly to the purchase price of the equipment only.

Orders are considered final once payment has been submitted.
Cancellation requests made prior to finalized shipping arrangements may be considered at BluWater Imaging’s sole discretion and may be subject to administrative or transaction fees. Any costs already incurred for preparation, packaging, freight coordination, or third-party services remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted once equipment has shipped.
All equipment is sold as-is unless otherwise expressly stated in the individual product listing. Buyers are encouraged to review listing details carefully and request additional information prior to purchase.
